AudioTRIP: If You Didn't Catch It, Check the Vid and Pretend You Were There

Last week, on May 18, Liberated Muse, via our Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest, was a community partner for the awesome event which was AudioTRIP, presented by Lil So So Productions and Smirnoff. Check out this video and witness folks converging on LUX Nightclub on a Tuesday evening enjoying music you aren't apt to find on the radio, festing with folks new and old and bringing a new spin to what entertainment looks like.  AudioTRIP is set to happen later this year, I bet you that you won't want to miss it. Running: AMOK Teaser Show Complimentary Passes All Gone: Tix on Sale June 5

Congrats to all who hopped on the chance to get a free sneak peek at our first Liberated Muse play "Running: AMOK" which debuts this summer in the Capital Fringe Fest. We gave away over 30 complimentary passes to the teaser show which is Thursday, June 24 at 7:30pm at Annie's Art Gallery in Camp Springs, MD. Tickets to the teaser go on sale on June 5. (stay tuned for link). There will be snippets of the play and an hour-long live music concert featuring singers Teisha Marie, Dionne, Quineice and Anonamas. Dionne was featured this week on Soulbounce.com for her new single release "Move". Check it out here.

The 2010 Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest Line-Up Announced

So, this year, the number of submissions for this year's Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest were off the chain. Got submissions from across the country-- shoot, across the world-- and dozens of submission from those in the Nation's Capital. We listened to mp3s, watched videos and "googled" folks to see what buzz folks have been creating. It was tough. The talent in the Nation's Capital is phenomenal. Here's who we invited to rock it out on Saturday, July 24 from 11am-6pm for the 3rd Annual Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest:

ANY AND ALL LEFTOVER ITEMS WILL BE DONATED TO GOODWILL OF GREATER WASHINGTON.

Admission fee is only $7.
