Nina Simone Lives On

So, last night, soul divas Ledisi, Jill Scott, Kelly Price and Marcia Ambrosius tackled the Nina Simone classic "Four Women" on the BET program "Black Girls Rock".

Amazing is an understatement to how beautiful the collaboration was. Check it out for yourself below and visit DC's own Saartjie Project to learn about their upcoming performance that was inspired by the song. If you are in a blogging mood, we would love to hear your feedback about the movie "For Colored Girls" that opened last week and also featured the song "Four Women" during its commercials, the song is on the movie's soundtrack. Write a blog on www.LiberatedMuse.com about the movie, we'd love to read it!
